Marka Metrics has a Free plan, a Growth plan at US$29 a month and a Pro plan at US$79 a month. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Prices are flat: there is no revenue share and no charge per order, and no plan limits how far back reports go.

No. Marka Metrics is a dashboard for the merchant inside the Shopify admin. It shows no widgets, pop-ups or recommendation blocks to shoppers. Store visits are recorded through a Shopify web pixel, which shoppers do not see and which only records visitors who allow analytics.

Yes, on the Growth and Pro plans. Marka Metrics shows sales tax by US state and jurisdiction with a nexus tracker, VAT by country and rate, and One Stop Shop and UK VAT summaries. The reports keep tax in view from your Shopify orders; they are not a tax filing or tax advice.

No. Marka Metrics records behaviour as events — pages viewed, clicks on buttons and links, and checkout steps — and reports where visits end. It does not record sessions, draw heatmaps or measure scroll depth.

Because visitors who decline analytics in the cookie banner are not tracked. Marka Metrics counts only the visits of shoppers who allow analytics, so visit and funnel figures are lower than total traffic. Sales, product, customer and profit reports come from your Shopify orders and are not affected.

Marka Metrics works for a Shopify store in any country. It is built with merchants in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe in mind: sales tax by US state, VAT by country and rate, and One Stop Shop and UK VAT summaries are part of the app. Sales, product, customer and profit reports do not need the Online Store sales channel.
