Marka Metrics

Marka Metrics turns a Shopify store’s orders, customers and visits into clear answers: what sells, who buys, and where shoppers leave. It follows Shopify’s own sales definitions, breaks sales down by product, city, sales channel or payment method, and adds customer segments, cohorts, predicted lifetime value, profit, sales tax and VAT summaries, and drop-off analysis for every page and checkout step. It is a dashboard for the merchant: nothing is added to the storefront.

What it does

Everything Marka Metrics does for your store.

Sales the way Shopify defines them

Sales, product and customer dashboards that follow Shopify’s sales definitions, broken down by product, city, sales channel or payment method, with period comparison.

Segments, cohorts and lifetime value

Customer segments, retention cohorts, personas and predicted lifetime value — and, on Pro, segments synced to Shopify customer tags.

Profit, not only revenue

Net profit with product costs, fees and ad spend, alongside ROAS and customer acquisition cost.

Payments, delivery and returns

How orders are paid, refund and undelivered rates, parcels that come back by country, city, carrier and postcode area, and returns by product, size and reason.

Sales tax and VAT in view

Sales tax by US state and jurisdiction with a nexus tracker, VAT by country and rate, and One Stop Shop and UK VAT summaries.

Where shoppers drop off

Every page, the purchase funnel and each checkout step, with traffic sources, landing pages, devices and site searches.

Attribution from your own visit data

Five attribution models, channel paths, UTM health and creator results, built from visits to your own store.

Forecasts and inventory

Sales forecasts, inventory forecasting and reorder suggestions. Forecasts are estimates and are labelled as estimates.

Export and schedule any report

Export any table to CSV, Excel, PDF or JSON, build and save your own reports, and schedule them by email.
